We have launched our James City FAQ - a feature designed to enable users to ask and answer questions, to share their knowledge of James City County, Virginia, and to create a knowledge base of frequently asked questions about James City County, Virginia. James City – Drunk driving is one of America’s deadliest crimes. In 2008, 11,773 people died in highway crashes involving a driver or motorcycle rider with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08 or higher. The picture for women is particularly concerning. Twenty-one percent of the 5,473 female drivers killed in crashes in 2008 had BAC levels of .08 or higher.
